Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Frazelo, a web-based tool for creating short vertical quiz videos for educational, classroom, language-learning, trivia, and training use cases.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using Frazelo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Frazelo lets creators enter quiz questions and answers, generate a vertical quiz video, preview the result, and, when available, export approved videos to supported third-party platforms such as TikTok.

3. User content

You are responsible for all quiz titles, questions, answers, captions, videos, and other content that you create, submit, preview, export, or publish through Frazelo. You must have all rights and permissions needed to use and publish your content.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Frazelo a limited license to host, process, render, display, transmit, and store your content only as needed to provide the service and complete actions you request.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Frazelo to create, upload, export, or publish content that:

• violates applicable laws or regulations;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• contains hateful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, defamatory, illegal, or harmful material;
• contains malware, unauthorized tracking, or attempts to compromise the service;
• spams users, manipulates engagement, or bypasses platform restrictions;
• violates the terms, community guidelines, or developer policies of a connected platform.

5. TikTok export

TikTok export requires your explicit approval. Before exporting, you are responsible for reviewing the video, caption, privacy level, and interaction settings such as comments, duet, and stitch where those options are available.

TikTok publishing may depend on your TikTok account permissions, Frazelo's app review status, API availability, platform limits, creator settings, and TikTok policies. Frazelo does not guarantee that any video will be accepted, published, remain available, or receive any specific visibility or engagement.

6. Educational content and accuracy

Frazelo may help format or generate quiz videos, but you are responsible for checking the accuracy, suitability, translations, answers, and presentation of your content before export or publication.

7. Third-party platforms

Your use of third-party platforms, including TikTok, is governed by those platforms' own terms, privacy policies, community guidelines, and developer rules. Frazelo is not responsible for platform outages, API changes, account restrictions, moderation decisions, visibility limitations, or other third-party actions.

8. Service availability and changes

Frazelo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including quiz templates, rendering options, export flows, supported platforms, and storage limits.

9. No guarantees

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free rendering, publishing approval, account access, views, followers, engagement, monetization, revenue, or any other performance result.

10. Suspension or removal

We may remove content, disable access, revoke connected platform access, or restrict use of Frazelo if we believe these Terms have been violated, the service is being abused, or continued access may create legal, security, or platform-policy risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frazelo and its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, account access, publishing reach, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Frazelo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
