Frazelo is a web-based quiz video creation tool for educational creators. Users can create quiz videos, preview generated videos, and, when available, connect TikTok to export videos they explicitly approve.
1. Information we process
We process information needed to provide and operate the service, including:
- quiz titles, categories, questions, answer choices, correct answers, languages, badges, and related settings you submit;
- generated video identifiers, preview links, public video links used for export, render status, timestamps, and error messages;
- browser session identifiers used to show your recent quiz videos during your session;
- technical usage data such as server logs, request timestamps, browser type, IP address, and diagnostic information;
- messages you send to us by email or through support/contact channels.
2. TikTok data
If you choose to connect TikTok, Frazelo may receive and store TikTok authorization data, such as access tokens, granted scopes, TikTok user identifiers, creator posting options, export status, publish identifiers, and API error messages.
TikTok data is used only to provide actions you request, such as retrieving creator posting options and submitting a video that you have approved for export. Tokens are stored server-side and are not sold or shared for advertising.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create, render, store, and display quiz video previews;
- provide TikTok connection and export tools when you choose to use them;
- maintain service security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors;
- respond to support, privacy, or data deletion requests;
- improve the quality and reliability of the service.
4. Cookies and sessions
Frazelo uses a session cookie or similar browser identifier to remember your recent quiz videos and keep the creation flow working. We do not use this session cookie to sell personal data.
5. Generated videos and public links
Generated quiz videos may be stored on our servers so you can preview and export them. Some export workflows require a temporary or protected public video URL so a third-party platform, such as TikTok, can retrieve the video you approved for export.
6. Sharing and third-party services
We do not sell your personal information. We may process data with service providers that help us host, render, secure, and operate Frazelo. If you connect TikTok, your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's own terms and privacy policy.
7. Data retention
We keep quiz content, generated videos, TikTok export records, logs, and related technical data for as long as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service from abuse. We may delete old generated videos and logs as part of routine maintenance.
8. Data deletion requests
You may request deletion of data associated with your use of Frazelo by contacting us at fromtomoney@gmail.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant session, TikTok connection, or generated content before deleting it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect service data. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should not submit sensitive personal information in quiz questions, answers, captions, or other content.
10. Children's privacy
Frazelo is intended for creators and educators who can lawfully use the service. Do not use Frazelo to submit personal information about children without the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
